You can also sing along to your favorite songs and music tracks on Shazam. Music videos or song lyric videos are available on this app for you to sing along to easily. There’s also an offline mode of the app called the Shazam Offline. Although the main features are quite limited when you’re not connected to an active internet connection, the app is still functional and lets you identify music. The app also intelligently organizes your favorite songs and music tracks and finds out a list of recommended tracks for you. With the Shazam real-time charts, you also get to stay in the loop with the latest music in the industry as well. Shazam supports Google Play Music, Pandora and Spotify streaming platforms. You can launch both of these apps through the Shazam app if you want to listen to the full version of the songs. Of course, you’ll need to purchase the songs on Spotify, Google Play Music and Pandora!

The app design is simplistic and quite attractive. It’s an easy to use app with a friendly user interface. All you need to do to start Shazaming is create an account through your email. You can also use that same account on multiple devices. Once you log in to your account from another device, Shazam will automatically sync all your information and music onto that device account.

There are other terrific side features Shazam offers as well. Take the Shazam visual recognition for example. This option lets user tap their camera icon to Shazam posters, magazine and even books as a QR reader. This will automatically launch the Shazam app on your device. The app is also compatible with Android Wear so you can use this feature more through your smartwatch to identify the music that’s playing.
