In this fast-paced, rapidly progressive world that we live in, multi-tasking has become a necessity and quite frankly, a feat. Fortunately there are several tools on our smartphones that can mitigate the burden that comes with handling too many tasks at once and making an organized schedule. Trello is one such app that does the same and it can be your number one companion in all your work or home related projects. Trello is an Editor’s Choice app on the Google Play Store and it’s also available to download for free for iOS users as well. If you’ve got some organizing to do, there’s no better option than to explore what Trello has to offer.
Trello keeps things clean and simple and assists you tremendously in making your work more organized and your time more productive. This productivity tool can quickly become your most used app if you’ve got a busy schedule and need to recollect and organize your day to day activities. It shares a lot of features with Evernote and that’s one app everyone has heard of and loves.
Trello offers a bunch of features to make managing your daily activities, appointments and work schedule optimally. The primal feature in this productivity tool app is the board feature. Through Trello users can create personalized boards to organize whatever they’re working on. This helps to segregate all of your multiple activities and lets you quickly run through them when you need to.
On Trello you can also invite your coworkers and colleagues to make a collaborative board. This requires an active connection of course but it’s pretty useful when you’re working on a team project. Alternatively you can use the boards solo and work on them yourself without involving anyone else. We absolutely love the collaborative board feature this app has to offer. It’s something only a few others have and it’s seriously useful. Through this feature, you can also assign tasks to other coworkers to further the team project and comment on items with your friends to maintain a healthy level of communication. All of this happens inside this single app and it all works brilliantly especially for those who are in a team work atmosphere.
You can also upload photos and videos to personalize and further customize your boards. There aren’t a lot of customization options available on Trello and we do feel a striking lack of that but we’re glad the developers have let us post relevant photos and videos to our collections.
Users can also create to-do lists and other similar checklists if they’ve got a long list of chores or a grocery that needs to be done. Quick work cards can also be created and these cards can be displayed with a calendar view.
Trello also has support for Android Wear and the Apple Watch so you can access your boards and list on your smart watch easily. You can also reply to comments through the Android Wear and Apple Watch applications but other than that there’s not a lot to do on the smart watch application itself.
Trello is completely free without any in-app purchases or an overload of ads and we’re loving it!
Trello is one of the top apps in the Tools app category, which belongs to Trello, Inc.. It's last update was on March 26, 2019 and it has been already downloaded 5,000,000+ times. On the app store it has now 79,228 reviews. After you get to Trello page on the app store, click install & enjoy it.
