Once you’ve fed everything to the app, you’ll instantly be thrown to a homepage with a lot (and we mean – a lot!) of images and pictures that may interest you.

Pinterest is therefore a place where images and the websites they come from are shared according to your preferences. If you’re into anime, expect a feed that is full of Japanese animations and characters. On the other hand, if you’re into cooking you can get your hands on some of the best recipes the internet has to offer.

Because of the enormous content Pinterest hosts, it’s natural that the size of this app is quite large and takes a decent amount of space on your phone. If you have a phone with a smaller than average RAM or an outdated Android version, you might find this app too heavy and even lag at times.

Saved images and personalized boards also make Pinterest a much easier platform to navigate. For starters, however, Pinterest might seem a bit puzzling. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, just to be clear. But those who use and love Pinterest might find it to be their favorite social app on their phones.
